Cloud4Wi Review 2026: Plans, Prices, Pros and Cons
Cloud4Wi now lives at cloud4wi.ai (the old www.cloud4wi.com address redirects there). This review is written from its own website, read on 28 October 2026. CaptiFi sells guest WiFi too, so we've kept to what Cloud4Wi publishes about itself and linked every page at the bottom.
Qu’est-ce que Cloud4Wi ?
Cloud4Wi turns a venue's WiFi into a way of recognising guests and sending them messages. Its about page says "Cloud4Wi is headquartered in New York City", its offices page lists New York and Pisa, Italy, and the homepage claims "70K+ Locations Worldwide" across "150 Countries".
Its marketing tools page describes how it handles campaigns: "For email, SMS, and broader campaigns, it syncs consented profiles to your CRM, CDP, and marketing hub". It can also "Send personalized messages the moment a guest arrives, dwells, or exits" and "Feed guest data into loyalty programs".
Cloud4Wi pricing and trial
Cloud4Wi publishes a price for its Professional edition. Here's the pricing page as read on 28 October 2026:

Où CaptiFi diffère
CaptiFi prices by plan, and from Essentials up each extra venue is $35 a month. It publishes those plan prices in six currencies on the pricing page (Enterprise is custom), with monthly or yearly billing. Each plan has a monthly allowance of new guests (500 new guests a month on Lite, 1,000 on Essentials, 5,000 on Growth and 15,000 on Pro), and email campaigns go out from CaptiFi itself, starting on Essentials. Review requests start on the same plan.
It runs on the access points you have, with setup guides for 9 vendor ecosystems, and the CaptiFi device is included on every plan against a refundable deposit of $99. Every plan starts with a 30-day trial, and you add a card to start.
