Zenreach Review 2026: Adentro Plans, Prices, Pros and Cons
Search for Zenreach and you end up at adentro.com, because zenreach.com now redirects there. Adentro's own company page puts it in one line: "Adentro, formerly Zenreach, was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in San Francisco." So this is a review of Adentro, under the name most people still search for.
It's written from Adentro's own website, read on 28 October 2026. CaptiFi sells guest WiFi marketing too, so we've kept to what Adentro publishes and listed every page at the bottom.
What Zenreach (now Adentro) is
Adentro captures guests through a venue's WiFi and uses that data for marketing and ad measurement. The homepage line is "Turn walk-ins into regulars. Know what brought them in." Its company page claims "more than 100 million verified consumer profiles, roughly one in five US adults, across more than 6,000 locations", and the homepage shows logos for Ruth's Chris Steak House, Bowlero and Peet's Coffee.
In June 2026 its news page announced "Adentro launches on the Verizon Business Marketplace", and its Verizon page tells Verizon Business customers to pick a plan and "Check out directly through Verizon."
The Walk-Through Rate
Adentro's attribution metric is the Walk-Through Rate, which it defines as "the share of an eligible ad-exposed audience later observed visiting a participating location." Put simply, it shows how many of the people who saw an ad later turned up at the venue. If proving that ads bring people through the door is your main question, this is the page on Adentro's site to read first.
Adentro pricing
Adentro publishes a starting price: "Adentro plans start at $25 a month." For a pilot at one to five locations, the pricing page lists:
| Plan | Prix |
|---|---|
| Capture | $25 a month |
| Full Platform | $49.99 a month |
| 10+ locations | "Pricing is scoped to your footprint." |
| Self-service ads | 10% of ad spend, capped at $2,500 a month |
The same page says "A typical full pilot, platform plus managed media, runs about $1,000 per month all-in." On the Verizon Marketplace the plans are named Startup, Basic (with "Up to 100 emails per month"), Advanced (adding "Point of sale and loyalty integration") and Premium, which adds reputation management that routes "happy guests to public reviews and unhappy ones to you privately."
Adentro's website doesn't mention a free trial. The calls to action are "Book a demo" and "Get a free restaurant growth audit", and its pricing page says Verizon Business customers "can buy Adentro on the Verizon Business Marketplace and pay on their Verizon bill."
Hardware and setup
Asked whether you need new hardware, Adentro's pricing page answers: "In most cases, no. Adentro works with your existing WiFi access points, including Cisco and Meraki. Setup is a remote configuration change and most locations are live within days."
Intégrations
- WiFi: Cisco Meraki.
- Point of sale: Clover, Square, Heartland and Genius.
- Loyalty: Thanx, Punchh and Paytronix.
- Email lists: MailChimp and Constant Contact, by exporting the list as a CSV file and importing it into Adentro.
Pros and cons
Each point is from Adentro's own pages. Which way it cuts depends on your business.
In its favour
- A published starting price: $25 a month for Capture and $49.99 for Full Platform on a one-to-five-location pilot.
- Runs on existing access points through a remote configuration change, with most locations "live within days".
- Point-of-sale links with Clover, Square, Heartland and Genius, and loyalty links with Thanx, Punchh and Paytronix.
- Ad attribution through the Walk-Through Rate.
- Plans you can buy through the Verizon Business Marketplace.
Things to weigh
- From ten locations the price is "scoped to your footprint", with no figure on the page.
- Self-service ads cost 10% of ad spend, capped at $2,500 a month, and a typical full pilot, platform plus managed media, runs about $1,000 a month all-in.
- Its website doesn't mention a free trial; the route in is a demo, a growth audit or, for Verizon Business customers, the Verizon Business Marketplace.
- MailChimp and Constant Contact lists come across by CSV export and import.
- Its scale figures are American ("roughly one in five US adults"), and its privacy policy names EU and UK legal bases.
