CaptiveWiFi has a free plan for one venue and lists more than 50 integrations, many of them hospitality tools. This review is written from CaptiveWiFi's own website, read on 28 October 2026. CaptiFi sells guest WiFi too, so we've stuck to what CaptiveWiFi says about itself and linked every page at the bottom.

Qu’est-ce que le CaptiveWiFi ?

CaptiveWiFi is a cloud guest WiFi platform. Guests join the venue's WiFi, land on a branded splash page and hand over their details, which then flow into the venue's marketing tools. Its about page says CaptiveWiFi "is a division of ClubWizard Ltd", which it describes as "a hospitality technology company headquartered in London", and counts 1,847 "Hospitality venues on the platform". Its podcast, Captive Conversations, lists 127 episodes, and the podcast page names Adam Forman as founder of Captive WiFi. The older captivewifi.io address redirects to captivewifi.com.

CaptiFi is built for hospitality venues too, and the differences are practical. CaptiFi includes a plug-and-play device with every plan (refundable deposit), as well as setup guides for 9 vendor ecosystems, UniFi, Omada and Meraki among them. Each plan has a monthly allowance of new guests (500 new guests a month on Lite, 1,000 on Essentials, 5,000 on Growth and 15,000 on Pro).

Review requests start on Essentials and send happy guests on to Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot and more. Plan prices are published in six currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD and NZD) on the pricing page, and Enterprise is custom.
