Best Guest WiFi Marketing Platforms

Six guest WiFi marketing platforms side by side for 2026: published prices, marketing tools, hardware and how each one connects to your till.

CaptiFi is our product, so this page sticks to what each company publishes.

Prices are as each company lists them, features are the ones its own pages name, and the pages are listed under Sources at the foot of this page, checked on 28 Oct 2026. CaptiFi comes first and the rest are in alphabetical order. CaptiFi keeps the guest list on every plan, with Essentials at £49 a month, email marketing and review requests included, and a Square integration from the Growth plan. It has setup guides for 9 vendor ecosystems and its own device on a refundable deposit.

CaptiFi Events charges 7.5% up to GBP20, 6% up to GBP50 and 4.5% above, with card processing included and nothing on free tickets, on top of a CaptiFi subscription. Preguntas frecuentes

What is the best guest WiFi marketing platform in 2026?

It depends on what you want from the people who log in. If a free branded login page is enough for now, Purple's Connect plan costs nothing. If you want published prices and an access point on the trial, Beambox lists both. Spotipo says email runs in the marketing tool you already use, and Cloud4Wi prices by access point, with 50 included on its Professional plan. CaptiFi, our product, keeps the guest list on every plan and adds email campaigns and review requests from Essentials, with Essentials at £49 a month.

What is guest WiFi marketing?

Guest WiFi marketing uses a captive portal, the branded page guests see when they join your WiFi, to collect their details and marketing consent as they connect. The venue then uses that list for email campaigns, review requests, visit analytics and loyalty schemes.

How much do guest WiFi marketing platforms cost?

CaptiFi Essentials is £49 a month. Beambox lists £29 to £60 a month per location on monthly billing on its UK site, with yearly plans also available. Spotipo's Starter is $59 a month, or $49 billed yearly, and Pro $79 or $66. Cloud4Wi's Professional plan is from $200 a month billed annually, with 50 access points included. Fydelia is from £25 a month per venue. Purple's Connect plan is free, and Purple doesn't publish prices for its Capture and Engage plans. Each from its own website, checked October 2026.

Do I need special hardware for WiFi marketing?

You need access points that support an external captive portal, or a device from the provider. CaptiFi has setup guides for 9 vendor ecosystems (TP-Link Omada, Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Instant On, MikroTik, Ruckus, Fortinet FortiGate/FortiAP, DrayTek and Cisco Catalyst) and its own device on a refundable deposit, with every plan.

Which platform suits restaurants?

Look at how each one connects to your till. CaptiFi connects to Square from Growth and matches spend to WiFi guests. Beambox lists a Square integration on its Growth and Pro plans, Purple Engage names Square, Epos Now and Loyverse, and Fydelia lists POS systems on its integrations page.
