Pricing a guest WiFi platform used to mean booking a demo before anyone would give you a number. That's changed. Most of the platforms people shortlist now put a starting price on their own website, and a couple will let you start for free. What still makes them hard to compare is everything underneath the headline: what counts as a location, how many guests or emails each plan covers, and whether the hardware is yours, theirs or bought separately.

This post lines up ten platforms using only what each company publishes about itself, read on its own website in late October 2026, with every page listed under Sources at the end. CaptiFi is our product and it's in the table too, held to the same standard. If you work at one of these companies and something has changed, email hello@captifi.io and we'll correct it.

Why guest WiFi prices are hard to compare

Three things get in the way. Most platforms charge per location, per venue or per access point, so a single "from" figure means little until you multiply it by your sites. Most plans come with an allowance, of new guests, contacts, emails or credits, and the list you're trying to build is the thing that moves you up a plan. And hardware is handled three different ways: some platforms run on the access points you already have, some include a box of their own, and some sell one.

The pricing table

Every figure is as the company publishes it, in the currency it lists (yours, where it lists one). "Not stated on its website" means we couldn't find it on the company's own pages.

For the features behind these numbers, our guest WiFi platforms of 2026 guide and the platform comparison go further than price alone.

Who publishes what

A full price list

Six of the ten put every plan's price on their website, or every plan but a custom enterprise tier. Spotipo lists Starter at $59 a month ($49 billed yearly) and Pro at $79 ($66), with Enterprise custom. Fydelia prices per venue by type: about $35 a month for coffee shops, bars, pubs and restaurants, about $55 a month for kids' play, event spaces and nightclubs and about $80 a month for hotels. MyPlace lists Essentials, Growth and Advanced at $49, $79 and $159 a location a month, with pound and euro prices on its currency switch. Beambox lists Essential, Growth and Pro at £29, £45 and £60 a month on monthly billing on its UK site, with yearly plans also available. Cloud4Wi lists its Professional plan from $200 a month, billed annually, with 50 access points included and unlimited locations. And CaptiFi lists every plan up to Pro on its pricing page in six currencies, with Enterprise on request.

A starting price

StayFi says its pricing starts at $19 a month, pay as you go, and bills by WiFi device; its own calculator counts each access point on a UniFi property as one. Adentro, which used to be Zenreach, says its plans start at $25 a month and lists two pilot plans for one to five locations, at $25 and $49.99 a month. Its pricing page puts a typical full pilot, platform plus managed media, at about $1,000 a month all-in, and prices ten or more locations to your footprint.

Some plans

Purple's Connect plan is free. Its Capture and Engage WiFi plans aren't priced on its website (the page shows "Speak to an expert"), but its small business site lists the Purple Hub at $129 and the Purple plan at $13 a month or $130 a year, and Purple Engage, its marketing product, is free for 500 credits a month, with paid plans from $16 for 5,000.

A call

Stampede describes one flat price per venue for the whole platform and sizes it to your estate on a 30-minute call, so there's no figure on its pricing page. That page also lists ordering, bookings, marketing, loyalty, reviews and WiFi as included, says there's £0 per cover, and that onboarding and support are included.

What drives the cost

Per location adds up

Nearly every platform here charges by location, venue or access point, so the figure that matters is the starting price times your sites. Some soften that: Beambox takes 15% off the second to tenth location and 25% from the eleventh for locations that share the same branding, Cloud4Wi's Professional plan covers unlimited locations within 50 access points, and CaptiFi charges a flat $35 a month for each venue after the first, from Essentials.

Allowances push you up a plan

Almost every plan has a limit somewhere. CaptiFi's plans cover up to 500 new guests a month on Lite, 1,000 on Essentials, 5,000 on Growth and 15,000 on Pro, with 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 marketing emails a month on Essentials, Growth and Pro. Spotipo's Starter and Pro cover up to 2,000 and 5,000 unique guests a month. MyPlace includes 100, 200 and 300 new guest emails a month per location on its three plans, with bundles from 250 for $30 (£25, €30) to 10,000 for $700 (£550, €650). Beambox's plans include 1,000 guests in your guest database, then £10 a month for each band of guests above that. StayFi's email is free up to 200 contacts and then priced by the number of contacts. Purple Engage charges a credit for each email and for each text segment. So the bigger your list gets, the more these limits matter, and it's worth reading them before the headline price.

Hardware is handled differently

Spotipo and Fydelia run on access points you already own, and Cloud4Wi lists 13+ manufacturers it works with. MyPlace runs on eight named brands and can supply a pre-configured device. Beambox includes its first access point with the trial and sells more for a one-time fee. StayFi runs on existing UniFi or Ruckus networks, or sells kit from $99 (the StayFi Express) to $284. Adentro runs on your existing access points. Stampede's guest WiFi uses its SNAPguard box. Purple supports 44 brands and sells the Purple Hub to small businesses. CaptiFi works with 9 vendor ecosystems or its own device on a refundable deposit of $99; the hardware page lists them.

Before you compare two "from" prices, write down how many venues you have, how big a guest list you expect to build in a month, and whether you need new hardware. Those three usually change the order more than the headline price does.

Free plans, trials and hardware

Purple's Connect plan is the one free plan among the ten, and it needs no card. For trials: CaptiFi offers 30 days on every plan (you add a card to start), Beambox 30 days with no set-up costs and its first access point included, Cloud4Wi 30 days with no card, and Purple 30 days on Capture and Engage. Spotipo offers 14 days with no card and up to 150 guest device logins, Fydelia 14 days, and MyPlace 14 days with no card on Essentials and Growth. Stampede's referral page says a referred business starts a free trial of the full platform. StayFi's and Adentro's websites don't state a trial.

Where each platform fits

Price only makes sense next to fit. Going by how each company describes itself:

  • StayFi describes pay-as-you-go pricing designed for short-term rentals, and has a page for hotels too. Our Airbnb WiFi marketing guide and StayFi review cover it.
  • Stampede lists ordering, bookings, marketing, loyalty, reviews and WiFi under one price per venue, for groups that want all of that from one supplier. The Stampede review and CaptiFi vs Stampede go further.
  • Spotipo lists plans with guest limits, works with a long list of routers and sells white label for an extra charge. See the Spotipo review.
  • Fydelia prices by type of venue. The Fydelia review has the detail.
  • MyPlace puts its review tools in its plans, with automated review generation from Growth. See the MyPlace review.
  • Adentro sells to restaurants in the US and measures visits from its ads with what it calls the Walk-Through Rate. The Zenreach review explains the rename.
  • Cloud4Wi prices by access point, with 50 included and unlimited locations on its Professional plan. Beambox lists its plans and includes an access point with the trial. Purple starts free and supports 44 hardware brands.

CaptiFi is one option among these. It keeps the guest list on every plan, publishes its prices in six currencies, includes its device on a refundable deposit or runs on your own access points, and lets you try any plan for 30 days. If that's what you're after, the integrations guide and the WiFi marketing overview are the next reads.

Comparing prices fairly

Take each platform's published starting price, multiply it by your venues, add what you'd pay to go past the guest or email allowance you expect to need, and add the hardware. Do that for two or three platforms and you'll have a fair comparison before you speak to anyone. Where a price isn't published, that's the one figure you'll need a call for. CaptiFi's prices are here, and you can try it with the 30-day free trial.

Questions fréquemment posées

Quick answers to the most common questions about this topic.

Which guest WiFi platforms publish their pricing?
Of the ten compared, eight publish a starting price on their own website. CaptiFi (Essentials $69 a month), Spotipo (Starter $59 a month, or $49 billed yearly), Fydelia (from £25 a venue a month, which its own FAQ puts at about $35 or €30), MyPlace (Essentials $49 a location a month), Beambox (Essential £29 a month on its UK site) and Cloud4Wi (Professional from $200 a month billed annually, with 50 access points) publish their plans; StayFi says it starts at $19 a month and Adentro, formerly Zenreach, at $25. Purple publishes some plans, including a free Connect plan, but not its Capture and Engage prices, and Stampede sizes its price on a call. Checked on each company's website in late October 2026.
How much does Stampede cost?
Stampede doesn't publish a figure. Its pricing page describes one flat price per venue for the whole platform, sized to your estate on a 30-minute call, and lists ordering, bookings, marketing, loyalty, reviews and WiFi as included, with £0 per cover and onboarding and support included. Its email and SMS page says texts are on prepaid credits at a few pence each, and its referral page says a referred business starts a free trial of the full platform. Checked on 28 October 2026.
Is StayFi pricing published?
Yes. StayFi's pricing page says its pricing starts at $19 a month, pay as you go, and its calculator bills by WiFi device, counting each access point on a UniFi property as one. Email marketing is free up to 200 contacts and then priced by the number of contacts, texts are bought as credits from $0.0425 down to $0.0175 each, and its own kit runs from $99 for the StayFi Express to $284. It also runs on existing UniFi and Ruckus networks with no new hardware. Checked on 28 October 2026.
How much does Purple cost?
Purple's Connect plan is free and needs no card. Its Capture and Engage WiFi plans aren't priced on its website, which shows Speak to an expert and a 30-day trial. Its small business site sells the Purple Hub router for £99 one-off, VAT included ($129 on its US site), and the Purple plan for £10 a month or £100 a year ($13 or $130). Purple Engage, its marketing product, is free for 500 credits a month, with paid plans from £12 a month for 5,000 credits ($16 on its US site, €14 in euros). Checked on 27 October 2026.
What really drives the cost of a guest WiFi platform?
Rarely the headline price. Most platforms charge per location, venue or access point, so multiply the starting price by your sites. Most plans have an allowance, of new guests, contacts, emails or credits, and the list you're building is what moves you up a plan: CaptiFi's plans cover 1,000, 5,000 and 15,000 new guests a month on Essentials, Growth and Pro, for example, and MyPlace includes 100 to 300 new guest emails a month per location. And hardware differs: some platforms run on your access points, some include a box, and some sell one.
Which platforms include hardware or work with existing access points?
Beambox includes its first access point with the trial, and CaptiFi offers its own device on a refundable deposit of $99 with every plan. Spotipo, Fydelia, Cloud4Wi and Adentro run on access points you already have. MyPlace works with eight named brands and can supply a pre-configured device. StayFi runs on existing UniFi and Ruckus networks or sells its own kit from $99 to $284. Purple supports 44 brands and sells a Purple Hub router to small businesses, and Stampede's guest WiFi uses its SNAPguard box.
Do these guest WiFi platforms offer free trials?
Purple's Connect plan is free with no card, and Purple offers a 30-day trial of Capture and Engage. CaptiFi offers 30 days on every plan (you add a card to start), Beambox 30 days with its first access point included, and Cloud4Wi 30 days with no card. Spotipo offers 14 days with no card, Fydelia 14 days, and MyPlace 14 days with no card on Essentials and Growth. Stampede's referral page mentions a free trial of the full platform. StayFi's and Adentro's websites don't state a trial.
Is a cheaper per-location price always the better deal?
Not necessarily. A low starting price can cost more once you add your other venues, the allowance you'll need and any hardware, and a platform priced on a call may suit a large operator with specific needs. The fair comparison is each platform's published or quoted starting price, times your sites, plus what it costs to go past the allowance you expect, plus hardware.
