The first question most venue owners ask before signing up to any guest WiFi platform is not about the splash page. It is "does it talk to the tools I already pay for?" If a WiFi guest's email lands in a system you never open, you have not gained anything. The value sits in the join: a WiFi login that becomes a Mailchimp contact, a Square order matched to a real visitor, a happy diner nudged towards a Google review while the meal is still fresh in their mind.

This guide walks through every tool CaptiFi connects to, grouped by what the tool actually does. The names, one-line summaries, status labels and counts below are read from the same registry that powers the integrations directory, so when a connector ships or changes status this page changes with it. Nothing in the live groups is aspirational, and the roadmap is labelled as a roadmap. If you want the wider picture of how the platform fits together, the complete WiFi marketing guide for 2026 covers the strategy; this is the plumbing.

Why integrations matter for guest WiFi

A captive portal captures first-party, consented data: an email, sometimes a name or phone number, plus visit timestamps. On its own that is a list. Useful, but inert. The integrations are what turn the list into action without anyone copying a CSV around at the end of the week.

There are four jobs an integration does for a venue:

  • Push the contact out, so it lands in the email, SMS, loyalty or CRM tool that actually sends the campaigns or runs the programme.
  • Pull spend or behaviour in, so a WiFi visitor can be matched to a real transaction and you can see what your marketing moved.
  • Trigger a downstream action, such as a review request on the right review site, a loyalty credit or an ad audience refresh.
  • Open the data to your own developers, so a booking system, warehouse or reporting tool can read guests and visits directly or be told the moment a guest signs in.

In CaptiFi's venue data, 55% of the new devices that joined CaptiFi guest WiFi in September 2026 signed in, and a typical venue gained around 50 new guest emails a month from April to September (350 or more at the busiest one in ten). Where those contacts go next is the whole point, and that is decided by which integrations you switch on. If you are still at the data-capture stage, the primer on how to capture emails from guest WiFi is the place to start.

How to read the status labels

Every row in this guide carries one of two labels. "Live" means the connector is available in the CaptiFi dashboard today and the setup steps on its page work as written. "Coming soon" means it is on the roadmap and has not been released, so do not plan a launch around it. The labels come straight from the registry, so they match the directory and the dashboard.

Some live rows describe a Zapier path rather than a native connector. Where CaptiFi has no direct integration with a tool, the page says so plainly and documents the Zapier route instead, including the trigger to use and the fields to map. Those rows still count as live, because the route works today, but expect about ten minutes of setup in Zapier and a Zapier account of your own. Native connectors are configured entirely inside CaptiFi, usually by pasting a key or token, and need no third-party automation service.

Plan gating is simple: every integration in the directory is included on the Growth plan and above, with no per-integration fees, apart from the review platforms, which start on Essentials alongside its email marketing. If an integration matters to you, start your trial on Growth so you can test the connection before you decide.

The full list at a glance

Here is the complete picture in one table, grouped by category. Categories with a live connector come first; within each category, live rows sit above coming-soon rows. Click any name for the setup steps, the data that moves and the frequently asked questions for that tool.

Email and SMS marketing

This is where most venues spend the captured list, so it is the category to get right first. CaptiFi can send campaigns natively, but if you already run a marketing tool the sensible move is to sync into it rather than run two lists in parallel. Live today in the email categories: Mailchimp, EmailOctopus and MailerLite, and Klaviyo. For text messages: Twilio SMS.

The pattern is the same whichever tool you pick. A guest connects, accepts marketing, and within minutes their email, name and any phone number your splash form collects is written into your audience or list, tagged so you know it came from WiFi and from which venue. Contacts are matched by email, so a repeat visit updates the same record rather than creating a duplicate, and guests who decline the opt-in are never sent. Because the contact arrives while the guest is still in the building, a welcome automation that starts on list join can land before they have finished their coffee.

Choose by what you already open. A single cafe or pub that lives in one newsletter tool should sync there and switch on that tool's welcome flow. A multi-site group that segments by visit frequency and spend wants the tool with the stronger segmentation and flows. SMS has higher open rates than email and a higher compliance bar, so it is opt-in only and built to stay on the right side of GDPR and PECR; a short "thanks for visiting, here is 10% off your next round" text is the typical use.

Point de vente

POS integrations answer the question email cannot: did the marketing actually drive a sale? By matching a captured guest to their transactions, you stop guessing at ROI and start seeing which campaigns moved spend. Live today: Square POS and SumUp.

The native Square till connector works like this. You paste credentials from Square into the CaptiFi Integrations page, CaptiFi reads your orders every 15 minutes with read-only access to orders, and each order is matched to a WiFi guest through the customer record attached at the till, using the email on that Square customer profile. A spend dashboard then shows matched spend, match rate, average spend per guest, your top spenders and a trend over time, and you can filter to lapsed high spenders, save them as a segment and email them a win-back in one click. CaptiFi never takes payments, edits orders or changes prices; the only thing the connector writes is the opted-in guest into your Square Customer Directory, inside a "CaptiFi WiFi Guests" group you can target with Square Marketing.

Where a till has no native connector, the Zapier path pushes opted-in guests into your marketing stack so a market stall, micro-pub or independent shop on a card reader can still capture an email from every visitor, not just the ones who tap to pay. Spend matching needs the native route, so if proving revenue is the goal, check the till's row in the table above before you commit. The deeper mechanics are in Square POS and guest WiFi.

Reviews and reputation

Review automation is the cheapest reputation win in hospitality because it runs hands-off. Live today: Google Reviews, Tripadvisor Reviews, Yelp Reviews, Facebook Reviews, Trustpilot Reviews, Untappd, REVIEWS.io, Feefo and Yotpo.

The Google connector asks each WiFi guest who agreed to marketing to rate their visit, 24 hours after they connect by default and at most once every 90 days per venue, by email and, on Growth and above, by text if you switch it on. A guest who rates at or above your minimum (4 stars by default) is sent on to your public listing to write the review; lower ratings open a private feedback form that still shows the public links, and every rating and comment reaches you by email. Add a Tripadvisor listing URL or a Yelp page link and happy guests can be routed to that site instead, or to a branded choice page listing every platform you have set up, with no API key needed. A Review Inbox pulls your latest Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp and other reviews into the dashboard, each with a Reply on button that opens the platform's reply screen. The deeper mechanics are in the guide on how to automate Google reviews.

Hotels on Revinate can send opted-in WiFi guests into their Revinate list on the Growth plan and above, so restaurant, bar and spa guests who never appear in the PMS reach the same campaigns as past guests. If you run hotels, pair it with the hotel WiFi marketing guide for the full workflow.

Fidélité

The neat part of a loyalty integration is that the WiFi login doubles as enrolment, so a guest joins your rewards scheme without filling in a second form. Live today: Leat Loyalty, Incentivio and Pepper.

Each connector creates the opted-in guest in your loyalty or ordering platform within minutes of sign-in, carrying their name, email and phone number when collected, and matches on email so repeat visits update the same record. Some award credits per visit without staff scanning anything; others feed the same guest profile your ordering app and campaigns already use, so a walk-in and an app user end up in one CRM. Multi-site groups map each WiFi venue to the matching shop or location, and can run several merchant accounts from one CaptiFi login. For a coffee shop or a pub chasing repeat visits, that lower friction is the difference between a scheme people join and one they ignore.

CRM and advertising

For larger operators and groups that run a proper sales pipeline, a CRM connection passes consented guests on without anyone exporting a spreadsheet: Salesforce, through Zapier, with the venue and visit date attached, and Revinate, which adds opted-in WiFi guests to a hotel's Revinate list. Live today in CRM: Revinate, HubSpot and Salesforce. In advertising: Facebook Pixel.

Both of those live routes run through Zapier, and their pages say so. The CRM path creates a Lead or Contact from a Webhooks by Zapier Catch Hook that CaptiFi sends each opted-in guest to, in about ten minutes of setup. The advertising path hashes the opted-in guest's email into a Facebook Custom Audience through Zapier, so you retarget people who have actually walked through your door and build lookalikes from genuine visitors rather than cold lists. This is the Pixel and audiences specifically; Facebook as a one-click sign-in method on the splash page is a separate item and carries its own status in the table.

If you are a single site, a CRM integration is usually overkill and an email tool is the better starting point. CRM sync earns its keep once several locations feed one central system.

Developer access

When no off-the-shelf connector fits, wire CaptiFi into your own systems directly. Live today: CaptiFi REST API and Webhooks.

The REST API is read-only JSON. You create a key in the dashboard, send it as a bearer token, and read your venues, guest sign-ups and visit statistics with filtering and pagination. Every response uses the same shape, rows under data and paging under meta, and because nothing a key can do will change your splash pages, settings or guest records, it is safe to hand to a developer or an agency. Keys are stored hashed and shown once, you can hold up to five at a time, and each can be revoked on its own.

Webhooks push events to you the moment they happen instead of you polling for changes. Add up to five HTTPS endpoints, tick the events each should receive (guest.created and guest.returned, plus the reward, points, ticket, reservation, table booking and workflow events where those features are on), and every request arrives signed with an HMAC SHA-256 signature so you can prove it came from CaptiFi before you trust the payload. Failed deliveries retry automatically with backoff, every attempt is logged for 30 days with the response code and duration, and you can send a test event or rotate a signing secret whenever you need to. Both are included on Growth and above like every other integration here.

The honest rule of thumb: connect the tool where you already do the work. The integration is only worth switching on if you will actually open the system it feeds.

On the roadmap

These are not live yet. They are genuinely planned, but if a launch depends on one of them, treat it as not available until it ships. Marking this clearly matters more than padding the list. Currently marked coming soon: Facebook, Gmail / Google Workspace and AI review replies.

When a roadmap item ships, its status flips in the registry and it moves into the live groups above on the same deploy, so this section and the directory never disagree. Until then, if the tool you need is only on the roadmap, check whether a live connector already covers the job another way, or whether the REST API or webhooks let your developer build the bridge now.

How the list compares with other platforms

Worth a note on the competitive picture, because it is easy to overstate any one platform's connector list. StayFi, for example, was built for short-term rentals, and its integrations page lists rental property systems such as Guesty, Hostaway and OwnerRez next to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zapier, so if you're a pure Airbnb host it may fit you better. MyPlace's integrations pages list Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zapier, HubSpot and Salesforce among others. In practice, several platforms cover the common email and CRM tools; the differences are in POS depth, whether a listed integration is native or a Zapier route, pricing transparency and whether you are tied to specific hardware. The best guest WiFi platforms for 2026 roundup compares them side by side.

How to choose what to connect first

You do not need every live integration on day one. A sensible order for most venues:

  1. One email tool, so captured contacts have somewhere to go and a welcome email fires automatically.
  2. Review automation, because review volume is the cheapest reputation win and it runs hands-off.
  3. Your POS, once you want to prove ROI in spend.
  4. SMS, loyalty or a CRM when you have a reason to reach guests on a second channel or feed a central team.
  5. The API or webhooks when an in-house system needs the data and no connector fits.

CaptiFi works with your existing access points (UniFi, TP-Link Omada, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, MikroTik, Ruckus, Fortinet and DrayTek) and the CaptiFi device comes with every plan on a refundable deposit if you would rather not configure anything, so connecting these tools does not mean ripping out hardware. Pricing is published, with Essentials at $69/mo, and there's a 30-day free trial on every plan. See why venues choose CaptiFi for the wider case, or start a trial below.

Questions fréquemment posées

Quick answers to the most common questions about this topic.

Which CaptiFi integrations are live right now?
The live list in this guide is generated from the same registry that drives the CaptiFi integrations directory, so the table on the page and the directory always agree, and the count changes as connectors ship, which is why this answer does not quote one. The live connectors cover the main jobs a venue needs: pushing captured contacts into email, SMS, loyalty and CRM tools, matching WiFi visits to point-of-sale spend, requesting reviews on Google, Tripadvisor and Yelp, seeding retargeting audiences, and a read-only REST API with webhooks for developers. Anything labelled coming soon in the table is on the roadmap and not yet released, so it should not be relied on for a launch.
What is the difference between Facebook Pixel and Facebook login on CaptiFi?
They are two separate things. Facebook Pixel works today through Zapier: CaptiFi has no native Pixel integration, and CaptiFi sends only guests who accepted marketing to Zapier, where the Zap adds them to a Facebook Custom Audience, so the real people who connect can seed retargeting and lookalike audiences. Facebook login, meaning one-click WiFi sign-in with a Facebook account, is a different feature and is still coming soon. So today you can use WiFi guests for ad targeting, but you cannot yet offer Facebook as a sign-in method.
Can CaptiFi connect my WiFi guests to my POS spend?
Yes, with a native Square POS connector. It reads your orders every 15 minutes (order access is read-only) and matches each order to a WiFi guest through the customer record attached at the till, using the email on that Square customer profile, so you can see matched spend, average spend per guest, your high-value regulars and whether a campaign actually moved revenue rather than just email opens. It also pushes opted-in guests into your Square Customer Directory. SumUp is a Zapier route rather than a native connector: CaptiFi sends each opted-in guest into Zapier, which passes the contact to your email tool or CRM, and SumUp sends nothing back, so there is no spend matching. If you run a different till, check its row in the table on this page, or use the read-only REST API.
Do I have to use CaptiFi's own email tool, or can I keep Mailchimp?
You can keep your existing tool. CaptiFi can send campaigns natively, but if you already run Mailchimp or Klaviyo the sensible setup is to sync WiFi guests who accept marketing straight into your existing audience, with WiFi details attached (Klaviyo adds the venue, Mailchimp the time they connected). That keeps one source of truth and lets you trigger your existing welcome and win-back flows automatically. Running two parallel lists is the thing to avoid. Choose the integration where you already do the work, and only switch on a connector you will actually open and use.
Is Zapier available on CaptiFi yet?
The Zapier row in the table on this page carries its current status, read from the same registry as the integrations directory, so check there rather than relying on a date in this answer. There is no CaptiFi app in the Zapier directory: each venue pastes a Catch Hook URL from a Webhooks by Zapier trigger into its Zapier card, and every sign-in from a guest who accepted marketing is posted to it, ready to route to thousands of other apps that have no native connector. That is useful for niche tools and custom workflows. Several live rows already use Zapier as their documented route, including Salesforce, Facebook Pixel and SumUp, and where no route exists the read-only REST API and webhooks let a developer build the bridge today.
Does CaptiFi integrate with a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot?
Salesforce has no native connector and is live through the documented Zapier route: each opted-in sign-in posted to the venue's Zapier Catch Hook creates a Lead or Contact with the email, venue and visit date attached, which suits hospitality groups, franchises and event venues that run a central sales pipeline. HubSpot has a native connector: each WiFi guest who accepts marketing is created as a HubSpot Contact, matched by email so repeat guests are not duplicated. If you are a single site, a CRM integration is often overkill and an email tool like Mailchimp or Klaviyo is the better starting point. CRM sync makes most sense once you have multiple locations feeding one central system.
Do I need new hardware to use these integrations?
No. The integrations work regardless of how your WiFi is delivered. CaptiFi works with existing access points from UniFi, TP-Link Omada, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, MikroTik, Ruckus, Fortinet and DrayTek, and authorises guests through your controller or gateway. If you would rather not configure anything, the CaptiFi device comes with every plan on a refundable deposit of $99. Either way, switching on an integration such as Square or Mailchimp is a software setup inside CaptiFi, not a hardware change, so you are not ripping anything out to connect your tools.
How many guest emails can these integrations actually move?
It depends on footfall. CaptiFi's venue data from April to September 2026 shows around 50 new guest emails a month at a typical venue, and 350 or more at the busiest one in ten. Those contacts flow through whichever integrations you have switched on: into Mailchimp or Klaviyo for email, into Twilio for SMS, into your POS match for spend analysis, and into Google Reviews for review requests. Sign-ups are the input; the integrations decide what happens to each contact next.
