About CaptiFi
Most venues let guests join their WiFi and leave without collecting a single email. With CaptiFi, every sign-in becomes a contact the venue can reach again, and the emails, review requests and rewards that follow all run from one dashboard.
What CaptiFi does
A guest joins the WiFi and gets the venue's own branded sign-in page. Once they're on, we keep their details for the venue and take care of what comes next: welcome and win-back emails, texts, Google review requests, rewards, table bookings and event tickets (which of those a venue gets depends on the plan).
It works with the WiFi kit a venue already has: UniFi, TP-Link Omada, Cisco Meraki, Aruba and more. If there's nothing suitable, our own plug-and-play device does the job instead.
Who it's for
Pubs, restaurants, cafés, hotels, gyms, shops, holiday lets and event venues, anything from a single site to a multi-site group. MSPs and WiFi installers can resell it to their own clients too, through our partner programme.
Venues sign up from all over the world, so prices show in pounds, euros, and US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars.
Guest data
The venue is the data controller for its guest list, and CaptiFi processes it on the venue's behalf as its data processor, under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. We're registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC268697). The detail is in our privacy policy and data processing agreement.
