No. CaptiFi works with UniFi, TP-Link Omada, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, MikroTik, DrayTek, and our own plug-and-play hardware. UniFi is our best-supported MSP route, but we support all major platforms.
Yes. As a reseller or white-label partner, you pay CaptiFi a wholesale price and set your own retail price to clients. Your margin is entirely under your control.
It depends on your model. Referral partners: CaptiFi handles everything. Reseller and white-label partners provide first-line support to their clients, with CaptiFi available as second-line support with defined SLAs (P1 critical: 4-hour response).
Every approved partner gets a free CaptiFi licence for their own internal test site for 6 months. This is for you to experience the platform, test deployments, and build demo sites — not for free client resale. Client sites receive a standard 30-day trial.
After approval, you receive your partner dashboard, internal demo site, and deployment guides within 48 hours. Most partners deploy their first client site within 2 weeks of approval.
