White-Label FAQ

Yes. White-label partners can configure a custom domain like app.yourcompany.com. You add a CNAME record pointing to partners.captifi.io, then enter the domain in your Branding Settings. SSL is provisioned automatically. Your clients will only ever see your domain.
Everything your client sees. Splash pages show your logo and colours. Reports carry your branding. The portal displays your logo in the header. Email footers use your company details. Support contact shows your email and phone. The platform URL uses your custom domain.
Minimal. Uploading logos and setting colours is done via a simple form in your partner portal. The custom domain requires adding one CNAME record in your DNS — we provide exact instructions and verify it for you. If you manage WiFi for clients, you can do this.
Absolutely. Most white-label partners start as resellers to prove the model works, then upgrade when they have enough client sites. Your existing sites are seamlessly migrated to white-label branding.
White-label requires a minimum of 10 active client sites or £500/month in platform fees. There is also a one-time setup fee (from £750) to cover branding configuration and onboarding. We recommend starting with the Starter package if you have 5–15 initial target sites.
