When guests connect to your WiFi, CaptiFi shows a branded sign-in form asking for their email address or phone number, and returning devices are recognised so regulars are let straight through. The data is captured automatically, with no staff involvement. Works with any router: UniFi, TP-Link Omada, Meraki, or our plug-and-play device (hardware included, refundable deposit).
Yes. CaptiFi sends a review request to guests who opted in, at most once every 90 days at each venue, and a guest who rates at or above your minimum star rating (4 by default) is sent on to Google. Review requests are included on the Essentials plan and above.
CaptiFi works with UniFi, TP-Link Omada, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, MikroTik, Ruckus, and more. If your router isn't compatible, hardware is included (refundable deposit) and works alongside your existing broadband.
