Social WiFi marketing for venues
Social WiFi turns the free WiFi in your venue into a list of guests you can talk to again. On CaptiFi's social WiFi platform, guests sign in on your branded page with an email address or a phone number, and the platform recognises returning devices, so regulars get a Welcome back screen and are online with one tap next time. For guests who opt in, the social WiFi marketing then goes out on its own: welcome emails, review requests and offers. It works with TP-Link Omada, UniFi, Meraki and Aruba.

Yes. Our built-in splash builder lets you create and update your own branded login pages whenever you like.
No new hardware needed! CaptiFi works with most existing access points, including UniFi. If you don't have compatible hardware, we'll send you a plug-and-play device, included with your plan.
It can be. CaptiFi asks for marketing consent separately from getting online and records each guest's answer, every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and Delete (GDPR) and Anonymise (GDPR) handle erasure requests. Your venue stays the data controller.

You can cancel anytime with no long-term contracts. When you cancel, you return the hardware at your own cost, and your £60 deposit is refunded once it reaches us in working condition.
Your plan covers the venue, not a number of access points. Email hello@captifi.io to add more CaptiFi devices at the same venue, or use your existing UniFi access points.
New guests can't sign in until your allowance resets on your next billing day. Guests you've already captured keep getting online, and we email you at 75%, 90% and 100% of the allowance. If you're often near the limit, moving up a plan adds headroom straight away.
