Each opted-in WiFi guest can be created as a Lead or Contact in Salesforce with their email, venue and visit date attached, so your sales and marketing teams pick up real, consented contacts from footfall without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.

Connect via Zapier in about 10 minutes

Connect CaptiFi to Zapier and choose the "New WiFi guest" trigger.

Add Salesforce as the action: create a Lead or Contact and map the email, venue and visit fields.

Switch the Zap on. New guests flow into Salesforce automatically, ready for your existing workflows.

Limits of the Zapier path

This is a Zapier connection, not a native one-click connector. A Zapier account is required and its task limits apply on busy sites.
Zapier's Salesforce action needs a Salesforce edition with API access. New records are created near real time rather than instantly.
Only opted-in guest data is sent. If you would rather build directly against our API, CaptiFi also exports guest data via CSV, webhook and a documented REST API.
