CaptiFi gives venues guest WiFi marketing with hardware included (refundable hold), transparent monthly pricing, every integration included from the Growth plan up, and a 30-day free trial.
A separate subscription from USD119 a month on a 12-month minimum term, before whatever runs the WiFi and the guest list (leat.com/pricing, read 21 September 2026)
Metered by tokens: each loyalty transaction, gift card transaction, voucher redemption and every 100 emails consume the monthly bundle, with overage charged per block
No guest WiFi capture of its own, so members come from a till or an app unless a tool like CaptiFi feeds them in
Redemption and till handling run through your POS integration
Priced in USD on the public page; a venue billing in GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD or NZD converts
No. Leat is a serious platform with real strengths. Here's where it genuinely shines: Operators who need gift cards and prepaid balances, sell online as well as in venue, or already run Leat across a retail estate and want hospitality on the same engine. Keep it, and let CaptiFi enrol your WiFi guests into it. If that sounds like you, Leat may be the right fit. CaptiFi is built for venues who want simpler pricing, hardware included (refundable hold), and every integration included from the Growth plan up.

Leat publishes three plans: Start at USD119 a month with 250 tokens, Scale at USD449 with 2,500 and Pro at USD1,275 with 7,500, each on a 12-month minimum term, with Enterprise on a quote. A token is spent on every loyalty transaction, every gift card or prepaid transaction, every voucher redemption and every 100 emails, and overage is charged per block of tokens. That is a fair price for a general-purpose loyalty engine that also covers retail and e-commerce. It is also a second subscription, with its own 12-month contract and token meter, on top of whatever runs your guest WiFi.
CaptiFi Rewards is included on the Growth plan alongside the splash page, the guest list, email, SMS, review requests and every integration. There is no transaction meter: the venue pays the plan price in its own currency and runs the programme.
| Plan | Monthly price | Meter | Term |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leat Start | USD119 | 250 tokens, then USD14 per 50 | 12 months minimum |
| Leat Scale | USD449 | 2,500 tokens, then USD24 per 100 | 12 months minimum |
| Leat Pro | USD1,275 | 7,500 tokens, then USD38 per 500 | 12 months minimum |
| CaptiFi Rewards | Included on Growth, priced on the pricing page in six currencies | None | Monthly, cancel any time |

If you sell gift cards or prepaid balances, sell online as well as across the bar, or already run Leat across a retail estate and want your hospitality sites on the same engine, keep Leat. CaptiFi Rewards has no gift cards and no e-commerce.
In that case use the integration. Paste your Leat API key into CaptiFi, map each WiFi venue to its Leat shop, and every guest who connects and opts in becomes a Leat Contact with the visit credits you choose, with nothing scanned at the till. Leat stays the loyalty engine; CaptiFi becomes the way most of your members join it. The Leat integration page has the set-up.
Most venue loyalty is simpler than a retail scheme: come back, spend, earn, redeem. CaptiFi Rewards does that inside Growth. Guests tick Join on the WiFi sign-in and become members, earn points on visits and on spend where a POS is connected, move up tiers, and swap points for offers in a members catalogue. Staff redeem a reward from any phone by scanning its QR code or typing its code, a trader with no device uses a PIN typed on the guest's phone, and each bar, trader or till gets its own settlement line. Every reward is single use, so a screenshot cannot be spent twice.
The Loyalty and Rewards page covers the programme in full. For this comparison the difference is the invoice: one plan, with no token meter and no second annual contract.
CaptiFi Rewards is included on the Growth plan with no transaction meter, and the Growth price is on the pricing page in six currencies. Leat starts at USD119 a month on a 12-month minimum term with 250 tokens, and each loyalty transaction, redemption or 100 emails spends a token. Whether the difference matters depends on whether you also need what Leat does that CaptiFi does not: gift cards, prepaid and e-commerce.
Yes. CaptiFi integrates with Leat on Growth and above. Guests who connect to your WiFi and opt in are added to Leat as Contacts, with visit credits awarded automatically, and Leat keeps running the rewards and redemption.
By ticking Join on the WiFi sign-in form. There is no app to download and no card to carry. Returning guests are recognised by their device, and the member record follows them between every venue on your account.
From any phone. Staff open Rewards, Redeem, scan the QR code on the guest's reward or type its short code, and tap Redeem. A trader without a device asks the guest to open the reward and types a PIN on the guest's phone. Each reward is single use and every redemption is attributed to the bar, trader or till that honoured it.
