If you're moving from another guest WiFi or WiFi marketing provider and that contract hasn't finished yet, CaptiFi is free until it does, for up to six months from the day your trial starts. It works on every plan.

Start your 30-day trial on the plan you want. You add a card, the same as for any trial. If you order the CaptiFi access point, its usual refundable deposit is taken when the kit is ordered.
Email your contract or latest invoice to hello@captifi.io at least two days before the trial ends. It needs to show the provider and the date the contract ends.
We move your first payment to that date. If it's more than six months after your trial started, billing starts at six months instead, on the plan you chose.

How much does CaptiFi cost?

Lite is £19.99 a month (£190 a year): guest capture and CSV export for one site, 500 new guests a month, on your own WiFi or on the CaptiFi device. Essentials starts at £39/month on annual billing (£49 month-to-month), and plans scale to £119/month on annual billing (£149 month-to-month) for the Pro plan, with custom Enterprise pricing above that. Every plan includes WiFi hardware (refundable deposit), every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and every integration is included from the Growth plan up. Prices are shown in your local currency where available.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. You'll need to add a payment method to start it, and you can cancel any time during the trial with nothing charged for your plan. On Essentials and above the card also covers the refundable hardware deposit, taken when the kit is ordered. On Lite the deposit is taken only if you choose the device.

I'm still under contract with another WiFi provider. Can I switch?

Yes. If you're moving from another guest WiFi or WiFi marketing provider and that contract hasn't ended, CaptiFi is free until it does, for up to six months from the day your trial starts, on any plan. Start your 30-day trial (you add a card, as for every trial), then email the contract or your latest invoice to hello@captifi.io at least two days before the trial ends. It needs to show the provider and the date the contract ends. Billing then starts by itself on that date, or six months after your trial started if that comes first, on the plan you chose. The CaptiFi access point still takes the usual refundable deposit. Read the full conditions.

Is hardware included?

Yes, on every plan: a CaptiFi-configured access point or gateway. We take a refundable deposit (£60) when you order the kit; if you cancel, return the hardware and the deposit is refunded.

Are integrations included?

Integrations are included on the Growth plan and above. Every integration in our integrations directory comes with those plans at no extra cost, and there are no per-integration fees. A 30-day free trial started on Growth or Pro includes every integration, so pick Growth when you start your trial if you want to try them.

How does SMS marketing pricing work?

SMS marketing is included on every plan from Essentials, with 250 free texts a month. After those, each text is a paid text, added up and charged once a month to the card on your account, and you set a monthly limit so a campaign can never run up more than you planned. There is no monthly SMS fee, one text covers one standard text segment, and every text carries an automatic opt-out footer.

Do automation emails count towards my email allowance?

Yes. Emails sent by automations and by repeating campaigns count towards the monthly email allowance on your plan, the same as a one-off campaign. If the allowance is spent, those emails wait and go out when it renews.

Do imported contacts count against my guest allowance?

No. Contacts you upload from a CSV or Excel file are kept apart from the guests your WiFi collects. They never count against your plan's monthly new-guest allowance and never appear in footfall figures, because they never visited. They are fully marketable and count in campaign audiences and towards your monthly email allowance like any other contact.

Can my team sign in with Google or Microsoft?

Yes. The sign-in page has Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft and Continue with Apple buttons. Google covers Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes, Microsoft covers Microsoft 365 work accounts and personal Outlook.com accounts. Pick the account that uses the same email address as your CaptiFi account; the first time, CaptiFi asks for your CaptiFi password once to link it. Two-step verification still applies, and team members can use the buttons too once their invite is accepted.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There's no contract. The account owner cancels from Account then Billing on my.captifi.io, or you can email hello@captifi.io, and your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period, with nothing more charged.

Do you offer multi-location pricing?

Yes. There's a per-additional-location fee on any plan from Essentials up (see the prices above in your currency), so a group doesn't need Pro just to add venues. Hotel groups and franchise operators usually choose Pro anyway, for the multi-venue dashboard, group analytics and up to 15,000 new guests a month across their venues.
