Facebook Reviews + CaptiFi
Send happy WiFi guests to the Reviews tab of your Facebook page, on its own or alongside Google, Tripadvisor and Yelp, from one pasted link. Hardware included, 30-day trial.
What does the Facebook Reviews integration do?
The Facebook Reviews integration adds the Reviews tab of your Facebook page as a destination for the review requests CaptiFi already sends, from one pasted link with no Facebook login. Happy guests are sent to your Facebook page or a branded choice page alongside Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp and any other platform you have set up. Meta no longer lets third-party tools read page reviews, so Facebook reviews stay on Facebook and do not appear in the Review Inbox. Growth plan and above.
The Facebook Reviews integration points your automated review requests at your Facebook page, on its own or alongside the other platforms you have set up. Paste the link to the Reviews tab of your page, choose where happy guests should land, and the review request email and text message your guests already receive start sending them to Facebook when their rating meets your Minimum stars for a public review. No Facebook login, no app approval and no API key are needed, because the link is simply your public page.
You choose the destination per venue: Facebook only, or a branded choice page that lists every review platform you have set up so the guest picks. Lower ratings open the private feedback form, with the public review links kept visible, so every guest stays free to post publicly whatever their rating, and the rating and any comment reach you by email.
Meta withdrew the part of its API that let third-party tools read a page's reviews, so CaptiFi cannot pull Facebook reviews into the Review Inbox. You read and reply to Facebook reviews on Facebook itself, as you do today. For a pub, cafe or salon whose regulars follow its page, Facebook is still a useful place to send a happy guest.
Why connect Facebook Reviews to CaptiFi
Facebook prompts from one pasted link
The link to the Reviews tab of your Facebook page is the whole connection. There is no Facebook login, no app review and no API key; guests are sent to your public page to write their review.
Let the guest choose
The branded choice page shows a button for every platform you have set up, so a regular who follows you on Facebook and a visitor who found you on Google each land somewhere they already have an account.
Same flow your guests already know
The review request email and text message do not change. The link routes each guest once they rate their visit, so adding Facebook never needs a template edit.
Complaints still reach you first
Ratings below your minimum open the private feedback form, and every rating and comment is emailed to the address you choose, whichever public platform you send happy guests to.

How venues use Facebook Reviews with CaptiFi
A village pub whose customers follow its page for quiz nights and Sunday roasts sends happy WiFi guests to its Facebook Reviews tab, where the reviews are seen by the same regulars.
A cafe lets the guest choose. Locals who found it on Facebook post there, visitors who found it on Google post there, and the cafe sends one review request to cover both.
A salon that books most of its clients through Facebook messages points its review requests at Facebook only, so every good appointment has a chance of turning into the review a new client reads first.
