Feefo + CaptiFi

Pull your public Feefo service reviews into the Review Inbox with AI-drafted replies, from your merchant identifier alone. Uses your existing subscription. Hardware included, 30-day trial.

Overview

What does the Feefo integration do?

The Feefo integration pulls your public Feefo service reviews into the Review Inbox from your Feefo merchant identifier alone, with an AI-drafted reply for each, using the Feefo subscription you already hold. Feefo accepts reviews only from customers it has invited through your account, so there is no review link for WiFi guests and the integration is Review Inbox only. For hotels, retailers and service businesses that collect reviews with Feefo. Growth plan and above.

Feefo only accepts reviews from customers a business has invited through its own Feefo account. The Feefo integration brings those public service reviews into the CaptiFi Review Inbox so they sit alongside Google, Tripadvisor and the rest, each with the customer's display name, rating, title, text and date, and an AI-drafted reply ready to copy and post from your Feefo account. Feefo ratings are shown out of five in the inbox, the same as every other platform.

The connection is your Feefo merchant identifier, the public code that identifies your business on Feefo, entered once on the Feefo card. There is no secret to store and nothing to create in Feefo. Press Test connection and CaptiFi fetches one review to confirm the identifier; save, and the first sync runs straight away.

Because Feefo has no public page where a guest can write a review unprompted, Feefo is not a destination for the review requests CaptiFi sends, and the integration is Review Inbox only. Your review requests keep sending happy guests to Google, Tripadvisor or whichever platforms you have set up, and your Feefo invitations keep going out from Feefo as they do now.

How venues use Feefo with CaptiFi

Hotel

A hotel that invites every departing guest through Feefo reads those reviews in the same inbox as its Google and Tripadvisor reviews, and replies to all of them in one sitting.

A retailer with a Feefo badge on its website pulls its service reviews into CaptiFi, where the store manager sees what customers said about the branch without logging in to Feefo.

Events venue

A venue that sends Feefo invitations after each event drafts replies with AI in the Review Inbox, then posts them from Feefo in a couple of minutes.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What do I need from Feefo?
Only your merchant identifier, the public code that identifies your business on Feefo. There is no API key or password to store.
Can WiFi guests be sent to Feefo to leave a review?
No. Feefo only accepts reviews from customers it has invited through your own Feefo account, so there is no public review link to send guests to. The integration is Review Inbox only; your review requests keep sending happy guests to the other platforms you have set up.
How are Feefo ratings shown?
Out of five, the same as every other platform in the Review Inbox, so a Feefo review reads the same as a Google one next to it.
Can I reply from CaptiFi?
CaptiFi drafts the reply with AI and links to your Feefo account, where you paste and post it yourself. Replies are never posted automatically.
Does this cost extra?
Not from CaptiFi. The integration reads reviews through the Feefo subscription you already hold, and it is included on the Growth plan and above.
What happens if I disconnect?
Disconnecting removes the merchant identifier from CaptiFi and clears the Feefo reviews from the Review Inbox. Nothing changes in your Feefo account.
