Trustpilot Reviews + CaptiFi
Send happy WiFi guests to Trustpilot from your website domain alone, and pull your public Trustpilot reviews into the Review Inbox with AI-drafted replies. Hardware included, 30-day trial.
What does the Trustpilot Reviews integration do?
The Trustpilot Reviews integration sends happy WiFi guests to Trustpilot from your website domain alone, with no Trustpilot API key, and pulls your public Trustpilot reviews into the Review Inbox with an AI-drafted reply for each. Type your domain, choose where happy guests land, and the review requests CaptiFi already sends start routing them to Trustpilot. For venues whose customers check Trustpilot before they book or buy. Growth plan and above.
The Trustpilot Reviews integration works on both sides of the review stack. Type your website domain into the Trustpilot Reviews card and CaptiFi builds your Trustpilot review link, the page where a guest writes a review of your business, and looks up your Trustpilot profile from the same domain for the Review Inbox. The review request email and text message your guests already receive then start sending them to Trustpilot when their rating meets your Minimum stars for a public review. There is nothing to create on the Trustpilot side: no API key and no account connection.
You choose the destination per venue: Trustpilot only, or a branded choice page that lists every review platform you have set up, Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp, Facebook and the rest, so the guest picks. Lower ratings open the private feedback form, with the public review links kept visible, so every guest stays free to post publicly whatever their rating, and the rating and any comment reach you by email.
Your public Trustpilot reviews sync into the Review Inbox alongside Google and Tripadvisor, each with the reviewer's display name, star rating, title and text, and CaptiFi drafts a suggested owner reply for each with AI. A deep link opens your Trustpilot Business account, where you paste and post the reply yourself. For hotels, retailers and service businesses whose customers check Trustpilot before they book or buy, recent reviews there count.
Why connect Trustpilot Reviews to CaptiFi
Set up from your domain alone
Your website domain is the whole connection. CaptiFi builds the review link and finds your Trustpilot profile from it, so there is no API key to create and nothing to maintain.
Trustpilot reviews in the Review Inbox
Your public Trustpilot reviews land in the inbox with the other platforms, each with an AI-drafted reply ready to copy and a link to your Trustpilot Business account to post it.
Let the guest choose
The branded choice page shows a button for every platform you have set up, so a guest who trusts Trustpilot and a guest who trusts Google each land somewhere they already use.
Same flow your guests already know
The review request email and text message do not change. The link routes each guest once they rate their visit, so adding Trustpilot never needs a template edit.
What data flows to Trustpilot Reviews
Up and running in minutes
Type your website domain
Open the Trustpilot Reviews card on the Integrations page of my.captifi.io and type the domain of your website, such as yourvenue.com. CaptiFi fills in your Trustpilot review link and shows whether reviews sync is on for the venue.
Choose where happy guests land
Pick Trustpilot only, or let the guest choose on a branded page that lists every platform you have set up. Google only remains the default if you change your mind later.
Save and test
Save the card, then use Send test email to try the flow on yourself: rate the test visit at or above your minimum and confirm you land on your Trustpilot review page.
Reply from the Review Inbox
New Trustpilot reviews sync into the Review Inbox daily, or on demand with Sync now. Generate an AI reply draft, copy it, post it from your Trustpilot Business account via the link, then mark the review replied.
Step by step, with screenshots.
How venues use Trustpilot Reviews with CaptiFi
A boutique hotel whose guests compare it on Trustpilot before booking direct sends happy WiFi guests there, and posts AI-drafted replies to overnight reviews from the Review Inbox each morning.
A shop with an online store already collects Trustpilot reviews from web orders. Adding WiFi guests to the same profile means walk-in customers show up there too.
A coworking space lets members choose between Google and Trustpilot on the choice page, growing both profiles from one review request sent the day after they first connect.
