A guest joins your WiFi. They pick your guest network from the list on their phone, the same as any other WiFi.
Your branded login page opens. Your logo, colours and photo, the details you ask for, and your own questions, such as a drop-down for how they heard about you. The answers show as columns in Guest Visits.
They choose whether to hear from you. After Connect, the page asks if they would like your news and offers, with Accept and Reject side by side. Either way they get online.
They land in Guest Visits. The visit appears in your dashboard as they connect, marked New, with Subscribed when they said yes to your offers.
CaptiFi brings them back. When a regular has not been in for 30 days, a workflow emails them a reason to return, and their next visit shows as Returning.

Frequently asked questions
CaptiFi hardware is included with every plan. We take a refundable $99 deposit when you order the kit and refund it when the hardware is returned. The 30-day trial itself is $0, with no plan payment until your 30 days end.
Plans start at $24.99/month on Lite and at $69/month on Essentials, and scale with your guest volume. No plan payment is taken until your 30 days end, and you can change or cancel your plan before then. Full details in the pricing section above.
You can cancel anytime with no long-term contracts. When you cancel, you return the hardware at your own cost, and your deposit is refunded once it reaches us in working condition.
In most cases, yes. CaptiFi works with most existing managed access points. If you don't have compatible hardware, we'll send you a CaptiFi plug-and-play device.
Built to support it. Marketing consent is asked separately from getting online and recorded for each guest, every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and Delete (GDPR) and Anonymise (GDPR) handle erasure requests. Your venue stays the data controller.
Setup is quick: about 5 minutes with the CaptiFi device, under an hour on your own controller. Just plug in your device or connect to your existing WiFi, and you're ready to go.
