CaptiFi hardware is included with every plan. We take a refundable C$99 deposit when you order the kit and refund it when the hardware is returned. The 30-day trial itself is C$0, with no plan payment until your 30 days end.
Plans start at C$34.99/month on Lite and at C$89/month on Essentials, and scale with your guest volume. No plan payment is taken until your 30 days end, and you can change or cancel your plan before then. Full details in the pricing section above.
You can cancel anytime with no long-term contracts. When you cancel, you return the hardware at your own cost, and your deposit is refunded once it reaches us in working condition.
In most cases, yes. CaptiFi works with most existing managed access points. If you don't have compatible hardware, we'll send you a CaptiFi plug-and-play device.
